Manage Communication Settings

The communication settings enable you to modify call types, panels, and panel items. Open the Hosted Component Field Properties window in one of these ways: Double-click an inserted Communication component field. Right-click an inserted Communication component field to display the shortcut menu, and select Properties. Select the Settings button. The Settings window opens. Communication Profiles

The communication profile enables you to add, update, and view profiles. Version 1.0 is the default profile and you can restore all panels and panel items with the Restore Defaults button. Using Communication Component

The Communication component is used to document calls or communications that can then be placed on a template. This component documents call types to provide a resource for users to document and take any necessary follow-up actions produced by the call. Communication component contains call types such as Billing Questions, Charges, Forms/Records Requests, and so on that concerns respective communications. Use the Communication Component

The Communication component enables you to document calls or communications that can then be placed on a template. This provides a more functional space to maintain and update data, rather than static form fields of telephone call templates. This component functions as a data-driven workflow to document call types that provide a resource for users to document as well as take any necessary follow-up actions produced by the call. The component is made up of the Communication Component Grid and Action Panel.
