Follow the applicable steps in
General Trigger Setup
.
Select the
Grid Row Select
action.
The
Grid Row Select
window opens.
Select the required data sheet list.
Note:
Data Flow Sheet and Lab Summary Sheet data grid types are not supported.
In
Search Column
, select the data sheet fields from the list.
In
Find
, select the edit fields that is on the template from the list.
To clear the selected row, select the deselect option from the list.
To suppress the selected row event, select the
Suppress Row Select Event
checkbox.
Select
Script It
.
The
Script Clipboard
window opens with the script of the label.
To copy the script to clipboard, you can select
Copy to Clipboard
.
To return to the
Trigger Info
window, select
OK
.
If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Grid Row Select action to be triggered.
Select
OK
and save your template.

Enable Control Trigger
The Enable Control action turns on the selected fields on a template at run time. You cannot turn on the following types of fields: web browser, patient image, graph, lab order, sub template, and GET component. Note: If you turn on a collapsible panel, all fields on it are also turned on. You can turn off specific fields on the panel separately. All other fields on the panel remain turned on. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Enable Control action. The Enable Template Field window opens. From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to enable, and then select Add. The selected field appears in the Fields to Enable pane and the OK button is turned on. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Enable pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the s

Set up Hide Item Trigger
You can hide one or more selected fields on the template at run time using hide item trigger. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Hide Item action. The Hide Template Field window opens. From Available Template Fields, select each field you want to hide, and then select Add. The selected fields appear in the Fields to Hide pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from the Fields to Hide pane and selecting the Remove button. From Filter, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now displays the selected filter. Note: If you have selected multiple fields to set up this trigger, the fields are automatically selected. The field that triggers the action is not included. You can remove any of the selected fields and add others. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the label. To copy the script to clipboard, you can select Copy to C

Change Field Style Trigger
The Change Field Style action allows you to change the style of the selected data entry (edit), checkbox, radio button, and note fields. Depending on the field type, you can apply the Normal, Read-Only, Required, or Required Read style. You can select one or multiple fields at a time using a single trigger. For example, you can set up triggers to change the field style to Read-Only for all fields containing lab results after these fields are populated. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Change Field Style action. The Change Field Style window lists all of the template fields that can change field style. In the Available Template Fields pane, select each field for which you want to change style, and select Add. The selected field displays in the Fields to Change pane and the OK button is turned on. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Change pane and select

The Show Template Field window opens. From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to show, and then select Add. The selected fields appear in the Fields to Show pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Show pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the selected filter. Note: If you have selected multiple fields to set up this trigger, the fields are automatically selected, if applicable to the action. The field that triggers the action is not included.
