MSTRLIST Database Function

Use: Displays the description for a given mstr_list_item_id from the mstr_lists table. You can use this function to pull information from the Ethnicity, Language, or Race master list. Syntax: {MSTRLIST( «id»)} Arguments: «id»Master list item ID used to find the description (mstr_lists.mstr_list_item_id)Note: You can query the mstr_lists table in SQL Server to find the mstr_list_item_id). MAX Database Function

Use: Displays the maximum value of a numeric field for the currently selected practice and patient. You can use this function with the following template types: Medical Records, Medical Records Popup, Medical Records Extended Popup, Demographics Extended Popup. Add Categories of Service Items in the Master DB Picklist

On the Assessment Plan Customization template, Order Sets (My Plan/CustomPlan) DBPicklists section, select the Full List display option. Right-click and select Add New. Figure 1. . Order Sets DBPicklists The Treatment Plan Dbp template opens. Treatment Plan Dbp Select and/or type new information in the fields. Note: When you select an option from the Category field, the associated code is displayed in the Category Description field. CODETABLE Database Function

Use: Displays the description for a given code and code type from the code_tables table. Syntax: {CODETABLE( «code» , «type»)} Arguments: «code» Code used to find the description (code_tables.code)«type» Type of code (code_tables.code_type) Note: Use the code type from the codes_table; do not use the code displayed in File Maintenance. You can query the code_tables in SQL Server® to find the code and type in the format you need to enter. Returns: The description from the code_tables table.
