In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open Utilities menu. Select Customize. The Customize window opens. Select the application to delete in Menu Contents. Select Delete. Select OK. The application is removed from the Utilities menu. Parent topic: Utilities Menu

Update an Application in the Utilities Menu
You can update the menu name, path, or parameter for an application in the Utilities menu. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open Utilities menu. Select Customize. The Customize window opens. To update the application menu name, path, or parameter, select the application in Menu Contents, and make the necessary changes. Select Update. The revised menu name, application path, or parameter are listed under Menu Contents in the Customize window. Select OK. If the application name was revised, the new name gets added to the Utilities menu. Note: To save your updates, you must select Update before you select OK; otherwise, a warning message appears, prompting you to save your changes.
