Note: It is a best practice to add a comment explaining why you have rejected a document. If the comments section is blank when you reject a document, you are required to enter comments. If the comments section is not blank, you are not prompted to enter comments, so enter them before you reject the document. The system-generated comment, Document Rejected, appears in addition to your comments.
If no comments have been added for this document, a window opens, instructing you to enter comments, and then select Reject.
