External Provider Reference

The External Provider Reference is an additional external reference you can set up for your personal use. This reference can be any website that you want to refer for additional information. The External Provider Reference is not connected to the HL7 InfoButton, therefore context-sensitive information must be manually mapped to your templates. You can set up the External Provider Reference URL either at the practice level or at the user level. The URL set up at the user level overrides the practice-level preference. Set Up Clinical Decision Support Operation Rights

Clinical Decision Support security rights allow users to access the clinical support available through the URL specified in the Resources practice preferences. Access System Administrator. Select your enterprise practice > group. On the Rights tab, select the plus icon next to OPERATIONS to expand the list, and then expand Clinical Decision Support. To enable user access to Clinical Decision Support, do one of the following: For all relevant modules, select Clinical Decision Support, and then select Yes in the Access Rights section. For specific modules, expand Clinical Decision Support, select the relevant name, and then select Yes in the Access Rights section for the following modules: For the Orders module, select Lab Results. For the Medication Allergy module, select Medication Allergies. For the Medications module, select Medications. For the Problems module, select Problems & Diagnosis.
