You can set the time to review the Patient Savings Programs eligibility response.
- Open File Maintenance.
- From the Master Files menu, select .
The Practices List window opens.
- From the Practices list, double-click a practice.
The Modify Practice Information window opens.
- Select Preferences.
The Practice Preferences window opens.
- Select Medication.
- In Patient Savings Program Eligibility Response, enter the correct value.
You can enter the value up to 30. If you enter 0, there is no additional time. If you enter a number above 30, the system automatically sets the time to 30.
