You can reply to tasks that were assigned to you. Replying to a task creates a new task for the person who sent the original task.
- Select a task assigned to you.
- Select Reply in the toolbar.
The task details open.
The Subject is automatically filled in, as a response to the original task.
- Change any of the items within the instructions under Task Creator Actions.
- Do one of the following:
- To cancel the reply, select Undo.
- To save your changes and reply, select Send Task.
The reply is sent as a new task to the original creator of the task or whomever was selected as the recipient.
