Pharmacy eRx Details

The Pharmacy tab displays the following information: Store name, address, email and contact numbers NCPDP ID of the pharmacy NPI ID of the pharmacy Pharmacist details Speciality code Office of Pharmacy Affairs ID (340B ID) of the practice. Medication eRx Details

The Medication tab displays the details of the medication prescribed, including the Potency Code, DEA Schedule, and Dates. The tab displays relevant details in two sub tabs: Prescribed and Dispensed. The Potency Code field displays the drug potency unit code description based on the units description. The DEA Schedule field displays Schedule (I to V) for controlled substances based on the values in the NCPDP External Code List. Non-Scheduled or Not Specified displays when there is no schedule or if the medication is not a controlled substance. The Dates field displays the following dates: Written Last Filled Expiration Validated Delivered Period End Period End Period End New Rx Details Note: The New eRx Details window displays the Prescribed tab, Written and Last Filled date. Patient eRx Details

The Patient tab displays the patient's information and demographic details including a maximum of five valid contact numbers NCPDP qualifier code: Home phone Day phone Secondary home phone Alternate phone Cell Phone The contact numbers appear in the order as they are entered in the Demographics tab of the Modify Patient Information window. Miscellaneous eRx Details

The Misc tab in the New Rx Details window displays the following information: Prescribing Order Number Rx Reference Number. The Rx Reference Number is provided by the pharmacy, and appears only in the Refill Request Details and Refill Response Details window. Message ID Sent Time Relates To Message ID Benefits Coordination section. This displays the payer details for the patient. Subsequent Benefits Coordination. This displays the e-coupon/copay details for the patient's medication. New Rx Details The Misc tab in the Refill Response Details window displays the reason and other details for approving or denying the prescription.
