The Patient tab displays the patient's information and demographic details including a maximum of five valid contact numbers NCPDP qualifier code:
- Home phone
- Day phone
- Secondary home phone
- Alternate phone
- Cell Phone
The contact numbers appear in the order as they are entered in the
Demographics tab of the
Modify Patient Information window.
The National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) qualifier code includes:
- TE – telephone
- WP – work phone
- CP – cell phone
- NP – night phone
- FX – fax
- HP – home phone
- BN – pager
