Open the CDA Viewer from NextGen® Clinical Message Manager

The NextGen® Clinical Message Manager uses the CDA Viewer to display details for HIE Documents.

  1. In the NextGen® Clinical Message Manager, select Interface Queue Tools.
  2. Select a message of type HIE Document.
  3. In the Message Detail pane, select one of the Document tabs.
    If the tab contains a CDA document (rather than an image or PDF), the CDA Viewer appears within the Document tab.
