Modify, Replace, or Delete Guarantors

  1. Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient.
  2. Select the Relations/Role tab.
  3. Select the open record icon.
    Either the Modify Guarantor Information or Employer Maintenance window opens.
  4. If needed, update information on the current guarantor, or select Delete.
  5. To replace the guarantor, do the following:
    1. Select Change, enter search criteria, and then select Find.
    2. In Matching Records, select or create a record for the new guarantor.
    3. In the Modify Guarantor Information window, enter or update the information, including the Relationship field.
  6. Select OK.
