Modify or Delete Employer Information in Patient Charts

  1. Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient.
  2. Select the Employer tab.
  3. Select the employer row.
  4. To modify the employer information, do the following:
    1. Select the open menu icon, and then select Open.
      The Employer Maintenance window opens.
    2. In Employment Profile, update the information as needed.
    3. Select OK.
  5. To delete an employer from the patient record, select the open menu icon, select Delete, and then select OK.
  6. To flag an employer as primary, select the open menu icon, and then select Make Primary Employer.
    The Primary column now displays Y.
