You can create an Imaging Component toolbar for easier access to imaging components.
Access the Imaging module.
Right-click the displayed image, or from the Main menu select one of the following:
Imaging Components ToolBars > Current Toolbars
Imaging Components ToolBars > My Preferred Toolbars
The Imaging Component ToolBar Selection window opens.
Do one of the following:
In the window, right-click, and then select New.
Select the Open Menu button, and then select New.
The Imaging Component ToolBar Builder window opens.
Note: Use the Imaging Component ToolBar Builder window to import new or edit existing imaging components, and to add, edit, or delete imaging component sets.
Enter a name for the Imaging Component toolbar.
If necessary, add a description or additional information for the toolbar in the Note field.
Select or clear any combination of the following check boxes to display the imaging components in the Imaging Component Gallery:
Select a specific imaging component set check box from the Imaging Component Sets Displayed list.
Select the All sets check box to display all imaging components.
Select the Show unassigned to display unassigned imaging components.
Select the Include hidden items check box to display hidden imaging components.
In the Imaging Component Gallery, select the imaging component you want to add to the toolbar you are creating. To select multiple imaging components, select CTRL key on your keyboard.
Select the Add Selected Imaging Components to ToolBar button.
The image is added to the NICs field.
To remove images from the toolbar, select an image in the NICs field, and then select Remove. To remove all images, select Remove All.
To change the order of the imaging components in the NICs field, select ALT key on your keyboard and drag the imaging components to place them.
Do one of the following:
To make the toolbar available for everyone in your practice, select the Practice access check box.
Note: The toolbar will list when the Practice Toolbars check box is selected on the Imaging Component ToolBar Selection window.
To make the toolbar available only for your personal use, clear the Practice access check box.
Note: The toolbar will list when the My Toolbars check box is selected on the Imaging Component ToolBar Selection window.
Select OK.
The Imaging Component ToolBar Selection window adds the name of the new toolbar to the list.
