In File Maintenance, you can configure the enabling and disabling of the Allergy Review window for immunization order items.
 
 
  - Open File Maintenance.
 
  - Under Master Files, select EHR, and then select Practices.
   
    The Practices List window opens.
   
 
  - Double-click a practice name.
   
    The Modify Practice Information window opens.
   
 
  - Select Preferences.
   
    The Practice Preferenceswindow opens.
   
 
  - Under Preference List, select Orders Module, and then select the Imm tab.
   
 
  - To disable the Review Allergies window when selecting immunization order items, select the Disable Allergies Review before Ordering check box.
   
 
  - Select OK.
