If

Drug Interaction window opens, where you can review the details of the drug interactions.
NextGen® Enterprise EHR displays an alert for inactive ingredients with the associated allergic reactions and the percentage of available formulation that contains the inactive ingredients.
- Select Acknowledge for each drug interaction.
You can enter a reason for the acknowledgement if necessary.
A check mark appears corresponding to the interaction description.
- After you acknowledge all drug interactions, select Done.
The
Send Refill Response window opens, where you can view the configured Electronic Prescriptions of Controlled Substances (
ePCS) authentication method and add notes about the patient.
- Under the Authentication Required to Sign Controlled Substances section, enter your credentials, and select Send.
The refill information appears.
