You can add a patient name to a recall list from the PAQ. The recall list is used to remind a patient about an upcoming appointment or to fix an appointment in the future.
 
 
  - Open the Workflow module.
 
  - Select the Provider Approval Queue tab.
 
  - In the Pending tab, select a patient from the list.
 
  - Do one of the following:
   
    - Select Recall in the Workflow toolbar.
 
    - Right-click the selected patient, and then select Recall.
 
   
   
    The 
Add Recall window opens. 
    
    
  - Select a recall plan from the Recall Plans list.
 
  - Select a date in Return Date.
 
  - Enter a brief description for the recall in the Note. 
 
  - Select OK.
   
    A confirmation message appears at the bottom of the viewing pane stating that the patient was added to the recall list. The information is shared with NextGen® Enterprise PM.
