Add a Patient to a Recall List

You can add a patient name to a recall list from the PAQ. The recall list is used to remind a patient about an upcoming appointment or to fix an appointment in the future.
  1. Open the Workflow module.
  2. Select the Provider Approval Queue tab.
  3. In the Pending tab, select a patient from the list.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Select Recall in the Workflow toolbar.
    • Right-click the selected patient, and then select Recall.
    The Add Recall window opens.

  5. Select a recall plan from the Recall Plans list.
  6. Select a date in Return Date.
  7. Enter a brief description for the recall in the Note.
  8. Select OK.
    A confirmation message appears at the bottom of the viewing pane stating that the patient was added to the recall list. The information is shared with NextGen® Enterprise PM.
