User Rights for Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™

Before you begin Before performing this task, you must have installed the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ devices. Perform the following steps to create the ngwa user so the Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ can communicate with NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the Windows Start menu, run Welch Allyn Diagnostic Cardiology Suite. Log in using the username admin and the password admin. In the Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ , select the System Configuration (System Configuration) icon.The Welch Allyn Diagnostic Cardiology Suite - System Configuration window appears. Select Users Database.The Users Database pane opens. Select New.The New User pane opens. In Username and Display Name, enter ngwa. In Password and Repeat Password, enter waint. Access IEM User Rights

For information on how to access NextGen® applications, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Logon Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. Access System Administrator. Select the appropriate practice and user group in the left pane. Select the Rights tab in right pane. Expand the MODULES folder and then the Equipment folder. A list of equipment reports appears. Select a report to view its current rights and procedures. Set the following user rights as needed: Brentwood reports (this category refers to Midmark devices; Midmark was formerly Brentwood Medical.) Welch Allyn® reports (this category refers to Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® devices) Cardiac Science reports (this category refers to Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® devices that were originally sold by Cardiac Science) GE CardioSoft reports Parent topic: IEM User Rights

IEM User Rights

By default, all access rights and permissions for the IEM including individual reports within the IEM are enabled. If required, you can configure these rights and permissions using System Administrator. Setting up rights and permissions for the IEM alone also affects rights and permissions for each report within the IEM. Note: If you disable the View permission for the entire IEM, it also disables access to the IEM for the selected user group and prevents the Equipment trigger on any template from performing an action.
