System Administration ePrescribing Setup for a Single Provider Practice

The following tables provides information about small practice compared to large practice system administration setup:

Practice	Personnel Designation
Small Practice
Registrar A	Is an administrator.
Registrar B	Is the user that is registered with the DEA and has two factor authentication (TFA) linked to the user's ID. This user is usually a prescriber.
Large Practice
Registrar A	Is an administrator.
Registrar B	Can be an administrator. Can be a prescriber. Must have two factor authentication (TFA). Note: If registrar B is an administrator, the practice must have a letter from the internal credentialing office to confirm (all prescribers) controlled substance ability.
