Sort the Documents and Images in the List View
You can sort the documents, files, or images based on your preferences. The documents are sorted by
Type
by default.
To sort the display, do one of the following:
To sort with the document type, on the
Type
column header, select the
icon.
To sort with the document name, on the
Name
column header, select the
icon.
To sort with the document date, on the
Date
column header, select the
icon.
The list of documents are sorted in reverse chronological order by date.

List View of the Categories
The List View of the Categories tab displays a list of documents, files, or images without category grouping for the selected patient. The list of documents, files, or images is displayed with the document Type icon, Name, and Date. When you hover over a document, file, or image, the button and tooltip appear displaying the document name and corresponding categories associated with that document. When you select the button on a document, file, or image, a list of menu options appear as per the document type. When you select a patient who doesn’t have any documents or images, a message appears stating that no records are found for the patient. Category Filters
You can find, view, and manage documents and images by using category filters on the Categories tab. You can select or set the predefined filters using any of the following criteria: Time Frame, SINCE, DATE RANGE, and Other sections. In the Categories tab, the default filter in the Filter By settings window is set to All. You can change the default filters to view documents and images based on your requirement. You can switch between the patients along with the applied filters. Note: Only categories with existing documents and images appear when a filter is applied for the selected patient. Sort the Appointment Lookup Results
In the Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window, the appointments are sorted using the Date/Time column in ascending order by default. To change the sort, select any column header. An up arrow icon appears above the column name, indicating that the appointments are now sorted by the selected column in ascending order. To sort the appointments using the same column in descending order, select the column header again. A down arrow icon appears above the column name, indicating that the appointments are now sorted by the selected column in descending order. Note: After you close the Appointment Lookup window and open it again, the appointments are sorted using the Date/Time column in ascending order by default.
