You can set up the following Formulary preferences for the Formulary Browser.
Note: The Formulary Browser is optional. Check with your system administrator to see if it is available on your system.
To use Formulary drugs as the default for a medication search, select the Use Formulary as default medication search check box in the General section. To use non-Formulary drugs as the default, do not select the check box.
Select the Notes check box or the Formulary Status check box to include these items for display.
Note:View options are not available for use with the RxHub Formulary Browser.
To specify the drug information to display, select the check box for any of the following:
Display (Chemical Name)
Display Only Drugs
Display OTC Meds
On Formulary Only
To specify how to display the formulary status, select the check box for any of the following:
