In the billing ICD List toolbar, select Preferences.
A list of settings for the billing ICD list columns appear.
To determine which columns appear in the billing ICD list, and the order in which they appear, select Set Columns to Display.
To display a column, in the View Preferences window, select a column type in Available Columns and select Add to move it to Display these fields in this order.
Column types listed in the Available Columns pane do not appear in the display area.
The selected column name moves to the Display these fields in this order section.
To hide a column, select a column type in Display these fields in this order and select Remove.
The selected column name moves to the Available Columns section. Columns listed in the Available Columns section do not appear in the billing ICD list.
To set the display order of columns in Display these fields in this order, select Move Up or Move Down.
The display order of columns from top to bottom represents the order that the columns appear from left to right in the billing ICD list.
Select OK to save your changes.
The View Preferences window opens.
To ungroup or group the entries in the billing ICD list, select Preferences and select Ungroup or Regroup.
By default, Billing ICD entries are grouped according to Preferred Description (the SNOMED® Fully Specified Name).
When the Billing ICD entries are ungrouped, they are all merged in the same Unresolved or Resolved area.
To expand or collapse the tree-view for all Billing ICD entries, select Preferences and select Expand All or Collapse All.
To reset the column display preferences, select Preferences and select Reset Columns.
To enable multiple selections for SNOMED® searches, select the Preferences button and select Use Multi-Select Snomed Search.
