Select and Sort Columns

You can select and sort columns. Select Columns from the Report Filter Settings List. Report Filter Set up the Columns you wish to display on the report. Selecting Report Columns

You typically select the patient demographic columns along with the report data columns after you have specified report data and before generating a report. For example, if you want to generate a Diagnosis report, you would first set Diagnosis filters; and then, select the columns. You would select the columns and filter the patient demographic fields, if necessary. Depending on the type of report you need to generate you can select patient demographic columns along with the report data columns. In some cases, the patient demographic columns could be selected before you select report data. For example, if you know you do not want to include information about deceased patients on the report, you could deselect that column before specifying report data. The selecting and sorting report columns options provide greater flexibility and the ability to easily customize each report to display the appropriate report data and patient information. Setting Report Columns and Filters

Reports have columns and filters that you can use to customize the data and format. The filter criteria available to you depend on the report you are creating. Once you've set your report filters, you can memorize it so the report is readily available at any time. You can modify reports by: Adding and removing columns. Selecting different sorting and grouping orders. Selecting new ways of totaling the columns. Modifying the criteria used for each report that you generate, such as specific date ranges for a particular rendering physician. Some common elements display in the Report Filter window for each report. For example, all filters have similar filter options in the Settings List such as Columns, Filter 1, Filter 2, and Sorting. If a filter option is not available, then it does not apply to the report. Open Report Filter In Report Filter, you can set your report criteria, such as date ranges and statuses.
