After you have set up all of the desired Columns, Filters, Data and Options, you can save the report you have built and reuse it later.
From the Report Filter, select Save.
The Memorize Report window opens.
In Save As, enter the name of the report.
Note: If you are using NextGen® Background Business Processor to send NextGen® Population Health Solutions patient reminders, ensure that the report name enables you to identify the purpose of the communication when accessing it in NextGen® Background Business Processor, for example, DiabetesPatientRemindersOctober2013.
Select the Report Type.
Note: Only those Report Types that have been set up in the File Maintenance are available for selection. Refer to your practice's System Administrator in regard to availability of Report Types.
Select which users are allowed to run, modify and save the report you have created.
To send the report information to NextGen® Background Business Processorfor NextGen® Population Health Solutions report execution, select the Save results for notification check box.
The report data is sent to NextGen® Background Business Processor, which enables the user to execute a job that produces a NextGen Population Health Solutions patient reminder.
Note: The patient filtering information for this report is selected using Patient List.
