If a signee rejects a document you have sent, the document is returned to your Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) Pending tab.
Depending on the reason for rejection and your review of the document, you can do the following:
- Sign off the existing document and return it to the existing signees
- Add or remove signees for the document, and restart the multi-user signoff process again.
Note: You must be the encounter provider to add or remove signees for the document.
- Regenerate the document after correcting information in it, and restart the multi-user signoff process again with the same or different signees.
- Reject the document.
