Restricted Patient Information in Patient Grid

If you are excluded from viewing patient information based on the System Administrator exclusion settings and the patient name appears in the patient grid of Appointment Book tab, then:

  • The patient name in the patient grid appears as Restricted.
  • If you select a restricted patient from the patient grid, the information is not populated on the Care Opportunities tab.
  • The options available on the lower toolbar of the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub is not available for the restricted patient.
