Remove a Problem from the Tracked Problems List
  To remove a problem from your Tracked Problems list, you have to remove its association with the NextGen® Enterprise user or provider. You can only remove a problem if has not already been removed from Tracked Problems and you do not have the Show My Tracked Problems check box selected. After you remove a problem from the list of tracked-problems, it remains on the patient's Problem List.
 
 - Select a problem in the Problem List.
 - Do one of the following:
   
- Right-click the problem, and then select Remove from My Tracked Problems.
 - On the data entry grid tracking toolbar, select Remove from My Tracked Problems.
