Print or Send Case Information

Use the Custom Print/Send window to print, fax, or send patient information to the patient portal. You can select a combination of documents attached to a case; for example, images, Document Management images, or emails.

  1. Select a patient.
  2. Access the main menu and select File and then Custom Print/Send.
    The Custom Print/Send window opens.

  3. Select the mode of case information from the Mode box.
  4. From the list, select emails, documents, images, Document Management images, or reports to be displayed in the Item Selection box.
  5. Use the Default setting to print all types.
  6. Use Custom settings to specify a user-defined combination.
  7. To set up custom settings, if necessary:
    • Select Custom from the list.
    • Select the ellipsis button.
    • Select the choice you want displayed in the Item Selection pane.

    • Select OK.
    • Select Cancel to exit without saving any changes. The Default button selects all five check boxes for documents, emails, images, Document Management images and reports.
  8. In the Item Selection pane, select the items you want to print or fax.
  9. To add the items to General Items pane, do one of the following:
    • Select Move Right to add the selected items.
    • Move All Right to add all the available items.

  10. To print or fax the Document Management notes attached to the selected Document Management images, select the Include Document Management Notes check box and select Print or Fax.
