Permanently Remove a Task

You can permanently remove a completed task that you created from your database. You cannot recover permanently removed tasks.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • To remove a single task, select it in the task list, and then select Single Task from the Remove list in the toolbar.
    • To remove multiple tasks at a time, select and hold the Ctrl key as you select each task in the task list. Select Multiple Tasks from the Remove list in the toolbar.
      A confirmation message Remove Task appears to remove the task.

  2. To permanently remove the selected tasks, select the Remove Permanently check box.
    A warning message appears that the action cannot be undone.

  3. To remove the selected tasks, select OK.
    If the task was already accepted but not completed, a message appears that you cannot remove the task until it is completed.

    Select OK.
