Midmark Equipment

The Midmark (formerly Brentwood Medical) interface can be installed to run on a workstation or on a server to run with multiple workstations with NextGen® Enterprise EHR 5.0 and higher. This interface communicates with Midmark platform (version 8 or version 10) that supports the following equipment:

  • IQmark® Digital Stress
  • IQmark® EZ Holter

  • IQholter®
  • IQspiro®
  • IQstress®
  • IQVitals®

Some of this equipment requires a fat-client connection, while some can also run with a thin-client connection, as shown below:

This equipment connects to software provided by Midmark. Thin-client connectivity is available through Midmark IQpath® Virtual Channel software (purchased separately through Midmark). The IQpath is applicable only to Midmark ECG and Midmark Spirometer equipment.

Stress or exercise ECG tests can only be acquired on a fat-client workstation.
