This Column	Displays
Comments	Information from the Rx Note.
Create Timestamp	Time and date of when the medication has been added to the patient chart.
Created By	Name of the user who added the medication to the patient chart.
Date Last Refilled	Date of the last renewal of the medication.
DEA ID	DEA control level.
Diagnosis Code	Diagnosis codes associated with the medication.
Dispense as Written	Whether the medication has to be dispensed as written.
Duration	Duration (in days) of the medication.
Encounter	Date and time of the encounter associated with the medication.
Enterprise	Name of the Enterprise which has prescribed the medication to the patient.
Expiration Date	Expiration date for the sample of the medication given to the patient.
Formulary ID	Formulary ID for the selected medication.
Formulary Override Code	The Formulary override code.
Formulary Override Text	The Formulary override text.
Formulary Status	Formulary status for the selected medication.
GCN Seq ID	Name of the user who added the medication to the patient chart.GSN Sequence number for the medication. GCN Seq ID is a random number specific to all drug products with the same generic ingredients, route of administration, drug strengths, and dosage form.
Generic OK	Whether it is acceptable to dispense Generic medication to the patient.
Comments	Information entered in the Comments field.
Last Audit	Whether the medication was printed, faxed or ePrescribed.
Limit Renewals	Whether the medication was prescribed with a limited number of renewals.
Location	Name of the location the medication was prescribed to the patient
Lot Number	Lot number associated with the sample of the medication given to the patient.
Medication	The name of the medication as listed in the First Databank database, stored in the `fdb_med_single` table.
Medication Name	The name of the medication as displayed in the Medication Search window.
Method	Select the method.
Modify By	Name of the user that modified the medication.
Modify Timestamp	Time and date when the medication was modified.
NDC ID	NDC ID of the medication.
Original Start Date	The date medication was originally prescribed to the patient. Note: The Start Date field automatically displays the date when a medication is first prescribed. For the original medication in a renew chain, both the Original Start Date and Start Date fields display the same date. When the medication is renewed, the original start date remains the same and the Start Date field reflects the date of the renewal.
Practice	Name of the Practice who prescribed the medication to the patient.
Prescribe Elsewhere Location	Name of the Source if the medication was marked as Prescribed Elsewhere.
Prescribe Elsewhere	Whether the medication was prescribed elsewhere.
Print Spanish	Whether the prescription label should be printed in Spanish.
Prior Auth	Whether the medication received prior authorization.
Prior Auth Date	Date of the prior authorization for the medication.
Prior Auth ID	Prior authorization ID for the medication.
Prior Auth Status	Status of the prior authorization request.
PRN	Whether the medication should be taken as necessary.
PRN Reason	Reason for taking medication as necessary.
Provider	Name of the Provider prescribing the medication.
Quantity	Quantity of the prescribed medication.
Refills	Number of refills for the prescribed medication.
Refills Remaining	Number of remaining refills for the prescribed medication.
Reprndc_ind	Select the Reprndc_ind
RxFill Status	Prescription fill statuses sent from the pharmacy. The system updates the RxFill Status each time a new status is sent for a medication.
Samples	Whether the prescribed medication was given as a sample.
Selected Generic	Selected Generic
Sig	SIG description for the prescribed medication.
Source Product	The source application from which the medication was entered.
Start Date	The most recent start date for the prescribed medication (for example, refill date). Note: The Start Date field automatically displays the date when a medication is first prescribed. For the original medication in a renew chain, both the Original Start Date and Start Date fields display the same date.
