Import the Sign Off Comments Document File

You can now import the sign_off_comments.ndx file in Document Builder TX Text.

  1. Open the Document Import/Export Wizard in Document Builder TX Text.
  2. Select the document Import operation.
  3. Select the Compile Document(s) check box and select Add.
  4. Go to the NextGenRoot folder on your file server.
  5. Open the Macro_Update_Documents folder.
  6. Double-click the sign_off_comments.ndx file and select Next.
  7. Select Finish.
