Immunizations Data Reconciliation Set Up Considerations

Before you can reconcile a patient’s Immunization data, ensure the following has been configured and set up:

  • Default Registry: The system retrieves the patient’s Immunization records from the registry. The Default Registry must be set up in File Maintenance in one of the following areas:
    • If your practice has multiple locations, you can set up the Default Registry in the File MaintenanceMaster ListSystemEHRLocationsLocation InformationOrders Module tabRegistry Default list. This enables the system to query Immunization data for more than one location.
    • To enable the system to query immunization data for practices in one location, set up the default Registry in File Maintenance > Practice > Preferences > Orders Module > Imm tab.
    • Rosetta Agent for your practice’s default registry is configured.
    • Rights and permissions in System Administrator:
      • Security access to Clinical Reconciliation for Immunizations data in System Administrator Modules > Discrete Data Import > Immunizations.
      • Enable the system to perform the Registry Query operations in System Administrator by selecting Operations > Orders > Allow Registry Query.
