Accessing and Reconciling a Patient's Immunizations Data

To help your practice maintain accurate health information, keep immunization schedules current, perform catch up when necessary, and reconcile patients’ imported Immunizations data from registry with their current Immunizations data from the patient chart.

By selecting Reconcile on the Immunizations tab, you can open the Clinical Reconciliation module from the Orders module. On the Clinical Reconciliation window, the imported Immunization data from registry and current Immunization data from patient chart display. You can then match registry data to existing NextGen® Enterprise EHR data. Once the match process is complete, you can view the reconciled immunization data on the Orders Summary tab and on the Immunizations Chart/Recommendation view.
