Duplicating AOE Questions

NextGen® Enterprise EHR version 5.6 and later enables you to map multiple tests to the same AOE question. If you have duplicated your AOE questions in NextGen® Enterprise EHR version 5.5.x, only one instance of each unique question is kept during the upgrade to NextGen® Enterprise EHR version 5.6 or later. You must re-map all templates/fields that might be affected during the upgrade process.

To determine whether you have any duplicate AOE questions and/or if you need to remap any templates, download the 5.6 AOE Questions Upgrade Crystal Report package from the NextGen® Enterprise website. The report identifies whether you have duplicate AOE questions, which duplicate AOE questions are no longer mapped to a template and which templates are affected.
