- Access the report file (vaccineSummary.rpt) from the Distributed Reports, Crystal Reports, Orders Reports list list.
- Copy the report file to your practice’s location for SAP Crystal Reports.
- Save the report as vaccineSummary.rpt.
- To set up the Immunizations Summary report (CDC format), do the following:
- Access the report file (vaccineSummary.rpt) from the Distributed Reports, Crystal Reports, Orders Reports list, Immunization Summary CDC version.
- Copy the report file to your practice’s location for SAP Crystal Reports.
- Save the report as vaccineSummary.rpt.
