When a referral is first initiated, the initiator can specify a desired time frame. Later, you can check for referrals that have not been completed within the desired time frame.
On the Closed Loop Referrals tab, select the Advanced Parameters check box.
In the Advanced Parameters panel, set Status Filtering to Active and Date Filtering to the current date.
Select Apply Filter.
The referral list is updated to show only active referrals due on or before today's date.
If needed, send a reminder to the receiving provider for outbound referrals.
Note: You can contact the provider by using phone or email. You cannot send reminders within the Data Share module.
