Add a Text to Multiple Locations on an Image
You can enter the same text multiple times on an image. For example, if the image shows left and right sides of the face, you might want to add text to label the multiple locations where a red mark appears. Select an image. Select the Font button. The Font window opens. Font Format the font, and then select OK. Select the Point-and-Click Text button. The Text window opens. Enter the text, and then select OK. Select an area on the image to place the text. Sample text To add the same text to another area, select in a different location on the image. If necessary, select the Select button, and then select the text to enter any modifications or to move the text to a different location on the image. Insert Text
You can enter text with the preferred font and style on the image to label or for any other purpose. Text added to an annotation stays together when you select either the image or the text and perform a copy and paste. To select text and images individually, select Ctrl and then select the text or annotation. Select an image. Select the Text button. Select and drag to draw a text box on the image. To change the font before you enter text, select the Font button. The Font window opens. Select a Font, Font style, and Size and select OK. Font Enter text in the text field. To enter modifications or to move the text to a different location on the image, select the Select button and select the text. You can move the text box to the different location on the image. Create a Custom Color
You can modify an existing color or create a new color. From the Text or Bkgnd list in the Font and Color tab, select Custom Color. The Color window opens. Perform one of the following: Select the color you want to use, and then select OK. The Text box displays the color, the Bkgnd box displays the color, and the Sample window shows text characters in that color. Select Define Custom Colors>>. The custom color palette window opens. Enter the settings for Red, Green, Blue, Hue, Saturation, and Luminescence, or use the slider to select a custom color. To modify an existing color, select the Basic or Custom color you want to use as a starting point and adjust the settings. The new color you create appears in the Color/Solid box. To add the color to the Custom colors swatches, select Add to Custom Colors. To select the new custom color, select it, and then select OK to close the Color window. Manage Template Properties
Always review the existing fields tab order after you create a new template. Make any necessary changes to the default fields tab order. Open the Template Properties window. The Fields Tab Order tab appears by default. In the Fields Tab Order tab, do the following: Select a field. To move the field up or down in order, select the Up or Down button. To move the field to the top or the bottom in order, select the Top or Bottom button. In the Font and Color tab, do the following: To change just the font size, select the Size up or down arrow to select a new size. From the Style list in the Font and Color tab, select the new style. To change the entire font, select Font to display the Font window. Select the font, font style, and size. If applicable, you can select another language script.
