Birth Mother's Full Name

The Birth Mother's Full Name section appears on the Relations/Roles tab only when enabled in the following areas:

• Enterprise Preferences, General:

  Select the Birth Mother’s full name on Relations Tab check box to display the same check box in Practice Preferences for all practices. If not selected, the check box does not appear in Practice Preferences for any practice.

• Practice Preferences, Chart:

  Select the Birth Mother's full name on Relations tab check box to display the Birth Mother's Full Name section on the Relations/Roles tab for the practice.

Birth Mother's Full Name is stored at the system level; therefore, all practices in all enterprises share the same information for a person or patient.
