Add or Update Valid Address Information

The Prescription Pad Address section in the EHR tab can include information that does not pass syntax validation, or a required address element that is not present in the location record.

  1. In File Maintenance, open the provider in the Providers master file.
    The Modify Provider Information window opens.
  2. Select the EHR tab.
  3. In the Prescription Pad Address, review the address information for the selected provider.

  4. Make all the applicable updates for address information.
  5. Select the ePrescribing tab.
  6. In the Networks section, select open menu .
  7. Select Retail > Enroll.
    The EPrescribing Message Submission confirmation window appears.
  8. Select OK.
