Select Master Files > System > Equipment Field Map.
The Equipment Field Map List window displays a list of reports for installed integrated equipment. If no equipment is installed, the list is empty.
Double-click a report in the list to open it.
The Equipment Field Map window displays report details.
Select the templates and map the following fields to the appropriate Extended Medical Record Popup template:
Template Type: Select an available Popup template. You can only map one template to any given equipment report.
Template Name: Select the specific template you want to use for all orders of the type you selected.
Parent Template: Select an available Parent (Medical Record) template that launches the Popup template.
Note: The Parent Template field is enabled only on template types that require it, such as Extended Popup templates.
Equipment Field: Lists data fields that can be used in the equipment report.
Data Type: Lists the data type of the selected Equipment Field. In some Equipment Fields, you can select the data type if they can be mapped to more than one kind of template field.
Template Field: For each Equipment Field, select an available Template Field to map.
Note: At least one field must be mapped to the template in order to save the mapping. If you do not want to map an Equipment Field to a Template Field, select the blank line to indicate "none."
