Keyboard Shortcuts

Keys	Function
Alt+L	Looks up for a patient during the filing process from the File window.
Alt+F	Files a document from the File window.
Alt+N	Moves to the next page in the document from within the viewer.
Ctrl+T	Accesses the Create Task window from within the viewer.
Ctrl+Shift+F9	Inserts the prevoius patient information into the fields in the File window during the filing process.

Keyboard Shortcuts

You can use keyboard shortcuts to perform common functions, such as opening a patient lookup window with Alt-L. Keys Function Alt+L Opens a Patient Lookup window to search for a patient during the filing process from the File window. Alt+F Files a document from the File window. Alt+N Moves to the next page in the document from within the viewer. Ctrl+T Accesses the Create Task window from within the viewer. If you want to use keyboard to use Person Information and Patient Information windows, you can select the Tab key to move forward to the next field, or select the Shift and Tab keys to move back to the previous field. You can also move to a specific tab or button on the window by using a hot-key command. You can select Alt and hot-key to switch to a specific tab or button. For example, you can select Alt and P to open the Provider tab.
