Copy Jobs

You can make a copy of an existing job. The copied job can serve as a shortcut to the task of creating a new job.
  1. Highlight the job in the Jobs tab of the Package Properties window.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click and select Copy from the short-cut menu.
    • Select the Open Menu button and select Copy.
    The Job Properties window displays with settings that are identical to the properties for the job you are copying. The lone difference is that NextGen® Background Business Processor inserts "Copy of" before the name of the copied job.
  3. Make the adjustments you want to the job settings (if any) and select OK to save.
