View the Last Physical Exam

The View Last Exam link opens the Last Physical Exam - Musculoskeletal template. This template includes the physical findings documented in the previous encounter.

  1. Open the SOAP template.
  2. In the Physical Exam panel, click One Page Exam in the left pane.
    The General Exam - PE template opens.
  3. Click the View Last Exam link.
    The Last Physical Exam - Musculoskeletal template opens
  4. To copy the previous encounter's findings to current encounter, select a finding from the grid and click the Copy Exam to the Current Encounter link.
  5. Click Save & Close.
