Add Obstetric Problem Notes

On the OB Problem Add template, you can view the obstetric problem notes that you have added on the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel, select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. Select the OB problem, and then select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. Select an order. The details of the selected order appears. To add order details to OB Problem Notes, in the Check to include in OB Problem Notes section, select the required order details. Note: You can select required fields to be added in OB Problem Notes . If available in the order management, the Order, Done, and Result values are filled and selected automatically. Select Add/Update Note. The notes are added to the OB Problem Notes field. Note: If you select the order details, and select OK before selecting Add/Update Note, then a message appears indicating that the order details have not been added. You must select Yes or

Update Obstetric Problem Notes

The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. Modify the obstetric problem notes. You can also remove any problem note. Select Add Update Note. Select OK. Access Lab and Diagnostic Review

The Lab and Diagnostic Review link is available. Select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. View Lab and Diagnostic Orders You can view the diagnostics, lab orders, and office services of a patient. Add Obstetric Problem Notes You can add obstetric problem notes for a patient in the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. Add Obstetric Diagnostic Documents to Orders

Before you begin To attach a document, a diagnosis order should be available in the Orders section. Select the Prenatal Detail tab In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add. The OB Diagnostics template opens. In the Today's Assessment section, select the diagnosis order to add an attachment. In the Orders section, document the order details. Select the See scanned document check box, select the document or scanned image in the Scanned Document/Image window, and then select OK. The file is attached and the name of the attached file appears in the See scanned document field. Select Place Order. The attachment is added to the order. To replace the attached document, do the following: Select the Cl button. Select the See scanned document check box, and then select a document or image. Select Update. Select Save & Close. View Attachments in Obstetrics Diagnostics

Before you begin Only if the order has an attachment, you can view it. Select the Prenatal Detail tab Go to the Diagnostics Studies panel. Select the Launch Attachment check box. The * column indicates whether an attachment is available or not. Select the diagnostic order with attachment in the Diagnostic Studies grid. The attachment is available in a new tab. Add Diagnosis from Today’s Assessment to Obstetric Problems List

The Today’s Assessment grid displays all diagnoses from a patient's current encounter. You can select a relevant obstetric (OB) problem diagnosis from today’s assessment and move it to the patient’s current OB problems list. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel and select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. In the Today’s Assessment section, select the diagnosis that you want to add to the OB problems list. Select Send to OB Problems. Select the assessment status and priority. To add an OB problem to the Problems module, select Add to Problems Module, and then the relevant SNOMED code on the resulting window. To add notes, select 'Date Stamp' Note and then enter your notes. Note: The date stamp inserts the current date and the username. Select Add/Update.
