Update an Agency or Team Member

  1. Click to highlight the agency in the Agencies section or the team member in the Interdisciplinary Team section that you want to update.
  2. Click Edit for either section.
    The Care Coordination Team template appears populated with data for the selected agency or team member.
  3. Update the fields as required. You can change the information for either the agency or the team member or both, regardless of which Edit button you clicked.
  4. Click Save & Close.
    You are returned to your originating template with the team member or agency updated on the Agencies or Interdisciplinary team grid.
