Remove a Payer Configuration

Configure 95 Strict Numeric Exam Levels by Payer
When you select the Strict Numeric option for 95 Coding Guidelines, you can configure all exam levels for each payer on the 95 Exam Payer Configuration template. Note: Payer configurations on the 95 Exam Payer Configuration template supersede all other coding configurations. Open the Practice Configuration template. In the E&M Coding section, select the 95 Coding Guidelines option. For the 95 PE Exam Calculation Method, select the Strict Numeric option. The 95 Exam Payer Configuration link becomes active. Click 95 Exam Payer Configuration. The 95 Exam Payer Configuration template opens. 95 Exam Payer Configuration template To review the 95 Exam payer information, click the Information icon. In the Payer(s) Available section, select a payer and click the right arrow to move the payer to the Payer(s) Selected section. Update Test Type
Open the OB Test Name Configuration template. In the OB Test Name panel, select the record you need to update in the Test Equivalents grid. The test type and test description are available for update. Modify the values as required, and click Update. The updated values appear in the Test Equivalents grid. Save and close the template. Change Exam Display Order
You can change the order the exams display in the provider’s custom navigation pane. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Provider Custom Sidebar panel. Provider Custom Sidebar panel on the Specialty Nav Config template Select the desired category and provider. Select the exam from the right grid. Enter Insurance Payer Information
Insurance for a patient is automatically brought over from the patient's demographics record when a patient is selected and a test order is created. The insurance information displays on the General tab, in the bottom pane. Insurances with the check box selected are selected to be billed for tests ordered. Note: If the applicable payer and health plan do not display in the Insurances section, you can add them using the Encounter Level Insurance option on theEncounter History tab, or by selecting New next to the down arrow. Select the General tab. The Insurances section appears, listing available and selected payers for the insured person To select a payer for a test, select the check box for the payer in the Available section. If a patient has insurance coverage from more than one insurer, you can select multiple payers. Each selected payer moves to the Selected section. To set the insurance priority if multiple payers are selected for a patient, select the payer in the Selected sectio
