The intake staff begins the current encounter on the Intake template. They can review the patient details documented during the previous encounters on the Home Page - ORT template. The Home Page - ORT template displays the information documented by the intake staff on the Intake and Histories templates for the provider's review. Home Page Template

You can review and document the summary of a patient information in the Home Page template. The Home Page template enables you to view and document patient's problems, history, allergies, medications, vital signs, orders, and so on. Intake Template

The intake staff uses the Intake template to document a patient's chief complaint, vital signs, medications, allergies, standing orders, and various other findings that may not have already been recorded on the Home Page - ORT template. Documenting General Information of Patients You can document a patient's general information on the Intake template. Document Interpreter Details You can document the answers for the pre-configured questions. Document Configurable Questionnaires You can document the answers for the preconfigured questions on the Additional Visit Information template. Patient's Reason for Visit You can document a patient's reasons for visit. Patient's History Summary You can add, update, delete, and review a patient's history summary details from the History Summary panel. Viewing Template Links on the Home Page Template

On the Home Page template, you can view and open links to other templates based on the selected specialty. The recommended workflow for a patient encounter is to begin on the Home Page template. If you set up the Home Page template as the default, then the same template automatically opens as the first template for an encounter. You can also open the generic Home Page template from the Templates module. You can review and document the summary of a patient's problems, history, allergies, medications, vital signs, orders, and so on, on the Home Page template. Review of Summary of Allergies by Providers

A provider can start the visit by reviewing the patient's information documented during the previous patient encounters, on the Home Page template for the Allergy and Immunology specialty. The information documented by the nursing staff on the Intake template is displayed on the Home Page template for the provider's review. You can update the information on the Intake and SOAP templates.
