Remove an Order from My Custom Plan

In the Manage Orders panel, Remove is not active if the user does not have permission to delete an order assigned to them in System Administrator. For more information on how to set group permissions for orders, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest File Maintenance Guides for NextGen® Enterprise or System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. On the My Custom Plan template, Manage Orders panel, highlight the appropriate row to activate Remove. Click Remove. An alert appears. Click OK. Delete an Incorrect Order from an Order Set

On the My Custom Plan template, highlight the diagnosis. In the Order Options section, choose the Order Set from the Plan Type pane. Select On Row Select: Remove from Pending Orders. Do one of the following in the Pending Orders section: Click the appropriate order row in the grid to delete it from the set before selecting Place Order. Click Remove All. Manage Orders

The Order Management template enables you to document the order result, add any additional information, and change the status of the orders. Click the Order Management sub-navigational link to open the Order Management template. A list of all the orders documented for the patient appears in the grid. Select an order to be updated. The details of the selected order appear in the respective fields in the Manage Selected Orders section. Click Edit to open the All Order Management template. All Order Management Enter the appropriate order details in the applicable section(s). After making any necessary changes in the Result/report section, click Update. All Order Management Click Save and then click Close to return to the Order Management template. Highlight the order again. The updated details display in the Manage selected order section. Remove an Order Set

On the Assessment Plan Customization template, choose a Display option to filter the grid under the Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section by the Current provider or All providers. Depending on how you configured the order set, select the Diagnosis Group, Provider, and/or Dept fields to select a value from the resulting list. Displaying Orders in the Grid

You can view the pending and completed orders for the patient using the Recent Orders panel. The Recent Orders panel grid displays completed orders or pending orders depending on the which tab you select. Remove a Patient Prep
