Sort the Metrics Flowsheet Items
You can change the order or sort the metrics flowsheet items using Flowsheets Setup template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Flowsheets Setup template.
- In the Condition field, select a condition guideline, and then select OK.
The default flowsheet setup at the practice level for the guideline displays in the Metrics Flowsheet Items grid.
- To change the order of the categories listed in the Metrics Flowsheet, do the following:
- Select the Change Category Order check box.
The Metrics Flowsheet Items grid displays the categories currently setup in the flowsheet.
- Select the category row that you want to move.
- Select the row to move the category.
The grid refreshes to display all metrics flowsheet items based on the new order of the categories and their Item Sort value. Change Category Order check box is automatically cleared.
- Select the Change Category Order check box.
- To change the order items within the categories in the metrics flowsheet, do the following:
- Select the Change Item Order check box.
The Metrics Flowsheet Items grid displays the metrics items currently setup in the flowsheet.
- Select the row item that you want to move.
- Select the row to move the item.
The grid refreshes to display all metrics flowsheet items in their new order, based on their new order and new Item Sort value. Change Item Order check box is automatically de-selected.
- Select the Change Item Order check box.
- To sort items so that they display alphabetically within the categories in the metrics flowsheet, do the following:
- Select the Sort Items Alphabetically check box.
The grid refreshes to display items in alphabetical order within their category, and the Item Sort values refresh to reflect the new order.
- Select the Sort Items Alphabetically check box.
- Select Yes to save changes and close the template.
